the boy at our bus stop warned us about it, but i didn't rly think i'd be scared, until it in the newspaper


its when, teenagers/kids, go around and just basically messing up everything, without getting in trouble. kind of like halloween, when they throw toilet paper on ur cars, take ur stuff and put it somewhere esle, and tip ur trashcans, etcetcetc.
